Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10-07-2025

Malappuram KL CSC VLE Society provides digital government services. Due to the nature of our services, the following policy applies:

1. Service Cancellation

Once a digital service (e.g., Aadhar update, PAN processing) is initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

For non-digital services (if any), you must request cancellation within 1 hour of payment.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for successfully processed services.

If a technical failure prevents service delivery and no government token is generated, a refund may be issued within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Membership fees
• Government filing charges
• Commissioned services after submission
