Our services are primarily digital. However, for any physical deliverables (e.g., printed documents, ID cards, membership kits), the following applies:

1. Service Nature

Most of our services (Aadhar, PAN, etc.) are processed online and require no shipping.

Physical documents, if applicable, will be dispatched via registered courier.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Within Kerala: 3–7 working days
• Other states (if applicable): 5–10 working days

3. Shipping Charges

Charges, if applicable, will be informed prior to dispatch.

4. Tracking

Tracking information (if couriered) will be shared with the recipient's registered contact number or email.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by users.
